We’re really into our projector! It’s small and portable, comes with a nice carrying case, and delivers great quality. Perfect for those outdoor movie nights with a big screen!

This projector arrives in a super handy case. Using it is a breeze. The image quality is fantastic and it shows up beautifully on any white surface. The remote functions well and offers solid options. I’ve got mine casting onto a light yellow wall with a popcorn texture, and it’s been no problem whatsoever. If you decide to grab this product, you won’t be disappointed. I’m always pleased to shop here; it’s a top-notch item.

I just wrapped up my warranty registration in a chat with Kim online. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how efficient the whole process was, and the outcome was just what I wanted. It was a fantastic experience! In my opinion, Kim embodies the kind of professional representation that every company should aim to have on their team.

When it comes to customer service, I’d rate it 5 stars:
- super polite
- quick help
- speedy delivery.
As for the product, I’d give it 3 stars:
- the unit is user-friendly
- the massage pads lose their stickiness after just 4 uses. The smaller pads have been useless since I got the unit. Only the larger ones still hold on well.
- the massage intensity isn’t consistent when I use the wire with 4 pads versus the one with 2 pads: with 4 connections, I barely feel anything or just a tiny bit.

Today, I had the pleasure of working with Honey, and let me tell ya, she was super quick, friendly, and really helpful. I felt at ease knowing she was on top of things while I registered my product for warranty. Not sure how long she’s been at it, but she was impressively efficient and courteous, making sure all my needs were met.

You could really enjoy this. I'm giving it a go at the moment, and it's way better than the tens therapy I had at the chiropractor. This device offers different modes, and I can use it without stepping out. It feels both invigorating and soothing. For me, it appears beneficial for physical, mental, and emotional unwinding.

Cleo provided excellent assistance and got back to me right away. She guided me through the review process and was super professional. Awesome product and fantastic service. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Out of nowhere, my tens unit just quit on me, and I was at a loss for what to do. I gave it my best shot, but it seemed like I messed up somewhere along the line. Thankfully, my agent Joy came to the rescue and told me to give it another go, and BAM, it’s working like a charm! I can’t tell you how much I missed it; this is hands down the greatest tens unit I’ve ever had. I’m sticking with this brand for good! Big thanks to Joy!

I got a suggestion from our chiropractor - I didn’t even get a chance to try it! My husband grabbed it right when it arrived and began testing it out first! He claims it’s super relaxing (I finally got to use it while he was snoozing). I appreciate the various modes (not super clear at first until I had it hooked up and cycling through the options; then it clicks!) the timer is a nice touch too, just set it and forget it!

Great support from the customer service team. Had some issues with my projector, so I reached out to customer support. I chatted with two reps, Joshua and Anne, and they were super helpful and knew their stuff. After I sent them a video showing the issue, Tenker is swapping out my projector for a newer version.

Feith displayed a high level of professionalism and was super courteous. She took the time to review all the details with me, ensuring that the information was accurate. She walked me through the steps to receive a replacement unit through the warranty.

Honestly, I’m totally into this product. Just from the few times I’ve tried it, I’ve actually felt relief from pain. I’ve owned a bunch of Tens units over the years, trying out various brands since '82. Tenker really stands out as a high-quality option. It’s super user-friendly and offers a ton of different settings for whatever issues you might be dealing with. The instructions are straightforward, and I appreciate how well the adhesive sticks. I was a bit skeptical about the button snap attachment, but it turns out it’s not a hassle at all when I wear it under my clothes. The price is absolutely mind-blowing!
